Henann Resort Alona Beach

Joli hôtel, belle chambre, beaucoup de piscines, très confortable

Tout était bien mais on est vraiment dans un gros hôtel avec beaucoup de monde

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated hotel. Everything was kept very clean throughout, which made a great first impression. The staff were incredibly friendly and always acknowledged us when we walked by, which made the experience feel very welcoming. They even went the extra mile by decorating our room and surprising us with a cake for our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. There were plenty of amenities to enjoy, including multiple pools and pool bars that stayed open late, as well as lots of comfortable seating areas around the hotel. We also appreciated receiving four bottles of water each day. The food options were excellent, with a great buffet selection and lots of restaurants to choose from. On top of that, food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the free room service was a big bonus. Free parking was also very convenient, making the whole stay even more hassle-free. Overall, a really enjoyable and relaxing experience; we would definitely recommend it.

결혼기념일여행.. 새벽 체크인 예정이라 미리 호텔에 뷰가 좋은 방을 호텔에 요청드렸습니다. 좋은 뷰를 가진 방을 주셨고, 예쁜 백조수건도 만들어 주셨고 조각케이크도 받았어요. 수영장이 넓고 바다뷰라 분위기도 너무너무 좋았어요. 썬베드도 넉넉한 편 :)

특별히 아쉬운 점은 없었습니다.

Beautiful established gardens

Buffet at sea breeze was rubbish

I have been here 6 times over the past 11 years and always enjoy the main resort over the other two.

I found the buffet to be skewed towards the Asian food too much and a lot of the fare was presented either warm or warm to cold. My partner was ill from the dining experience we had on Tuesday night. I suspect a mild case of food poisoning. I suggest you review your HASSAP or what ever you use as a quality control system immediately. I also found that there was a lack of at least one wet dish suited for Caucasian consumption for breakfast. Ie there was only Baked beans offered one day out of the five I stayed. They could have alternated between either baked beans or spaghetti as an available breakfast dish. Staff at Breakfast were excellent. Maybe executive chef for both Breakfast and Seaview buffet, needs to review the menu.

Service was slow by the bar pool areas but not a big deal

What makes this resort beautiful is the friendly staff. You get a greeting from any one of them that you come across.

I would suggest one thing, as a customer checks in, having the air condition turned on right before entering the room would be very nice.

Beautiful resort. It succeeds at being an excellent and relaxing experience.
