I like the beach Reception was really cooperative

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness was below expectations, as the rooms were not properly maintained. At the restaurant, our orders were often incorrect, which caused inconvenience and delays. Additionally, the in-hotel delivery service was very difficult to arrange, as they were always busy or unavailable. I hope these issues will be improved in the future.

The resort had nice space for walking around and a beach although it wasn’t really the weather to relax at the beach.

For a 5 star resort, it was a very poor quality hotel. The stairs and paths are not very walking friendly due to constant puddles of water which is a major hazard. It didn’t rain all day so not sure why the staff couldn’t manage to keep it dry enough to walk safely without slipping and falling. The pool also had major hazard where the stairs to the pool had very sharp edges which are not visible as it’s under water which led to an accident where my husband’s leg got hurt and was bleeding. The building corridors didn’t have any roof which meant as you come out of your door, there’s always puddle of water which is also a slipping hazard. On our first day we saw someone left mashed up chocolate cake right infront of the door of our room. As it was dark and we didn’t know, it ruined our shoes , we had to call house keeping multiple times to get them to clean it. One of the day when housekeeper made our bed, we came back to find ants in our room so the hotel staff changed us to a different room. One night we ordered room service and after waiting a while when we called to find out where it is, they told us they sent it to wrong room. So the manager sent us some fruits as apology as it was quite late to have dinner due to the mess up. After being moved to 2nd room, in our last night at the hotel in the evening we opened the door to balcony to sit outside and the 2nd layer of balcony door fell on my husband’s shoulder. Luckily he moved and there wasn’t no serious injury, we just used our own first aid. I explained this to the manager who said they can send engineers now or after we leave, as it’s our last night and we leave early, we decided that they send engineers after we leave. The manager offered us a late check-out or dinner on the house that evening. As we had early morning flight, we accepted the dinner offer.
