Salalah Rotana Resort

The stay at the Rotana Hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated, and the entire hotel surroundings were well-kept and very atmospheric. Another big advantage is the beautiful, wide beach - perfect for relaxing and walking. The food was tasty, varied and always fresh, everyone could find something for themselves. The hotel service deserves great recognition - all employees were polite, helpful and always smiling. I would especially like to mention the waiter Rabby, who made the stay even more pleasant with his kindness, professionalism and positive energy. He always took care of his guests, was very nice and committed - he was definitely the one I remember the most. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and Rabby especially - he is a real treasure of this place!

Отель превзошёл ожидания на самом деле. Локация: да, далековато от города, добраться можно на машине или такси, но территория отеля и комплекса апартаментов очень большая, тут можно погулять по территории вечером. Еда выше всех похвал, свежее, вкусное, есть что найти для детей. Персонал очень открытый, отзывчивый и добрый. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам Сабир и Анас за клининг и за отличный сервис в ресторане. На пляже всегда были лежаки или ц бассейна. Бассейн подогреваемый. Были праздники, но при этом не было шума до утра.

I informed the staff that I wanted to extend my stay at the hotel. They told me there were no available rooms, but they would check and contact me. I waited, but no one reached out to me. The next day, I asked again to confirm, and still no one contacted me. Because of this, I had to leave the hotel and rent a private villa in the resort. Later, I was surprised to find out that there were empty villas available at Rotana, but this option was never offered to me. And for that it was disappointing,
