Good location,staff friendly

The entertainment tv spoil and took so long to fix check in 3pm around 4:30pm the tv hang then called reception,reception did there best but then tv fix at almost 11pm

- Staff are friendly and welcoming - Room's good size and equipment and possibility of fountain view in some - Very comfortable bed and pillows - Jacuzzi in room 1631

- Staff, we had a good 2 nights stay in the end, but the first two nights were not, a lot of time was spent communicating with them and having to follow up to get a status update - Rooms, often without fountain view and no way to know or reserve in advance, some rooms are also not so well maintained (Leaking window facade, smelly water and ac and non functioning curtains in room 8008, some joints and carpets should be cleaner/renewed in all 3 rooms we have been to) - Still no possibility to purchase their pillows - There should be a possibility to sync the room with the audio of the fountain when it plays to be able to fully enjoy the experience, possibly also to see when/what is coming up next as songs seem to be played randomly
