Closeness to beach and dive center was providing a great service.

Het receptie personeel was top! Vooral Shimaia, bedankt voor alles! Maar ook de divemasters en al het andere personeel. De ligging was heerlijk aan het mooie strand en de keuken was erg goed. Veel keuze eten uit alle delen van de wereld, zelfs Hollands! Het duiken werd erg serieus en professioneel aangeboden. De gasten waren allemaal op hun gemak en het was steeds gezellig na het duiken om met nieuwe vrienden wat te drinken en eten direct aan het strand.

Niets ik denk dat het het beste resort op het eiland is. Geen buitenlandse divemasters maar alleen locals.

Everything was just perfect, the stuff is absolutely excellent, they have an awesome customer service. The food is great with a lot of variety and the dive center is really professional.

I had me and my friends stayed in Malapascua exotic island dive resort for a couple of days. They continuouly praised how attentive and the staffs are. The rooms are spotless. The resort’s proximity to the beach is a great bonus. Our overall experience was exceptional. Thank you for helping us have a memorable experience in malapascua.

Deluxe Zimmer? Unser Zimmer lag neben der Wasserpumpe, die leider streckenweise laut war. Der Blick war weniger Garten, als vielmehr auf die Wellblechhütten. Der Korallenschutt hätte leicht weg geräumt werden können. Frühstücksauswahl war eingeschränkt.

Trotz zweier Taifune hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Malapascua Exotic Dive Hotel. Das Team unterstützte uns vorbildlich: Unsere verspätete Anreise wurde sofort über Booking.com geregelt und die zwei verlorenen Nächte problemlos erstattet. Vor Ort war das gesamte Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich – die Reinigungskräfte arbeiteten sehr gründlich, die Rezeption war stets hilfsbereit, die Kellner*innen aufmerksam und herzlich, und auch der Wachschutz sorgte für ein sicheres Gefühl. Leider war die Tauchbasis wegen des zweiten Taifuns größtenteils geschlossen, doch der eine mögliche Tauchtag war hervorragend organisiert.

Staying at a hotel in the Philippines can always be an adventure. I did not pick this hotel but was directed as a result of the neighboring hotel being overbooked. My primary goal was actually a good SCUBA diving experience and had been directed to the adjacent hotel as having a very good dive shop. As it turned out EXOTIC exceeded my expectations for both the hotel and the diving experience. The dive shop, boats, and DM's were excellent and they made the thresher shark plus local diving a very good experience. Note I am a PADI MSDT level diver and have been diving in the Philippines for many years. I can highly recommend this shop if you want a safe and pleasant diving experience. The hotel was well maintained and the Pizza was great with their own pizza oven and a cook who knew what they were doing. Rooms were large and clean but did suffer a bit from the usual local plumbing as showers could be a little bit of an adventure but this is pretty common for all but the big resorts. The staff was super friendly and helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel in Malapascua this is a good choice!
