The service by the employees, the free daily breakfast (the omelette is amazing!). The airconditioning was cold. Cleanliness of the unit. Hot showers.

Great place highly recommend it short tuk tuk into town 7 mins and only 100pesos.

Nothing lovely clean place.

Staff were friendly and helped book airport transfers, ordering take out, calling a tricycle, and packing to go breakfasts for an early morning excursion. Location is away from the city noise. The terrace where meals are served (3rd floor), offers a great view of the surrounding nature. A refrigerator/freezer (storing) and conduction stovetop (reheating) for leftovers. Books for adults and children to read. Netflix and Amazon Prime for entertainment. Decent WiFi connection.

Precautions: Please check all water sources (faucets, shower heads) for cleanliness prior to taking a shower, washing hands, etc. to avoid the unsanitary ordeal my five year old son and I had to endure. Guests with mobility impairments may find it difficult to walk up and down the stairs. The 3 bedroom suite (that has a bunk bed) is located on ground level. We heard other guests that booked the 3 bedroom suite (2nd level) move/drag chairs and stomp their feet. Late at night or early morning, you might awaken to a reptile calling out “tugkod” several times and/or neighborhood cats brawling or mating. If you are a light sleeper, please wear earplugs. Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining area can get hot and humid. Highly recommend turning on the air conditioner in the three bedrooms and keeping the doors open. The suite we stayed in could be better cleaned. (Upon check in, dirty floors with dead bugs, not so clean hallway bathroom and kitchen) Needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. After a long day venturing off in a boat and swimming in the sea and lakes, I thought of conserving time and water by taking a shower with my child. We huddled under the shower head as I turned it on. The smell of sewage filled our noses while our eyes and skin felt a burning sensation. I was shocked in disbelief to see filthy, brown liquid with sediment adhering to our skin. Horrifying thoughts came to mind about all of the infectious diseases, toxins, and chemicals we were being exposed to. I screamed for help. My parents quickly informed the front desk about the alarming situation. Staff members’ response was to run the water for 30 minutes to flush it out. Didn’t offer clean water to rinse our hair and bodies. We attempted to rinse/wash the unhygienic liquid with sediment off of our bodies with the bottled water we had. A sticky, gritty film remained on our scalp, hair, and skin.

Bella Villa is a hidden gem- beautiful, serene, & immaculate throughout! Staff cooking us great meals was the icing on the cake!

You do need a tuktuk to go to and from the property if you don’t want to walk 15-20 minutes but it’s not bad honestly. It was well worth it and a gorgeous stay with great people and great breakfast.

Breakfast menu was limited but delicious and all we needed. The house/villa was out of the very busy Coron town so quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had to get a tuk tuk to and from the town which were plentiful and fun.

For the cost the villa was good value but despite asking twice our rooms weren’t cleaned once and our bins were full. The pool is on another complex which uou had to pay for, although the cost was redeemable against any food and drink consumed.

The property is located inside a gated community so we feel secure during our stay. 5 stars goes out to the staff- Aileen, Liezl etc. for their excellent service. They helped arrange everything that we needed which made our stay seamless. The room can fit 10 people, so I highly recommend this for group travelers or families with young children. The rooms were clean and I did not smell anything weird during our entire stay. Thanks for making our stay comfortable!

No biggie but the remote batteries need changing. :)

We lived in the three-bedroom suite on the ground floor and enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. Every time we need anything, the response is very quick. They dried out clothes upon request for free, which was very helpful when we had to swim everyday and needed clean swimsuits. We also loved the breakfast, which tasted good and was quite big, starting our day nicely

There was no daily cleaning, the bin wasn’t emptied daily (very small bin). Bedsheets wasn’t changed. We didn’t ask them to change any of the things stated but with the money we spent we’d expected daily cleaning service especially the bin. We weren’t informed about the price of the drinks in the fridge nor the 12% service charge at the end of our stay.

Big spaces and full kitchen.

Tourist trap. They overcharge everything including the use of the kitchen. Not as nice as the pictures. Staff were never at the reception, hard to communicate with. Too far from the city center
