We had a truly memorable stay in the beautiful and unique setting of the Alcove. The staff were so lovely and helpful with everything , just wonderful. We loved the gardens and all the stunning art work. We also had the best times in the Restaurant / Bar . The food is outstanding , the staff so welcoming , the fire show and dancing amazing . As soon as I stepped into this place , restaurant and bungalows , I felt transported into a different, exotic world, and we all loved it We travelled with our two daughters and their best friends. One of my daughters and her friend had an accident with their scooter and the staff were absolutely wonderful , genuinely concerned for their welfare and went above and beyond to help. My husband and I have left now , but my daughter and her friend remain for a couple more nights to get rest and recover. I am very glad to know they are at the Alcove, I know they will be safe and looked after there . 🙏🙏🙏

Perfekte Lage! Das Personal ist super freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder nehmen!

very friendly staff and a very nice restaurant, Especially Alcove Christmas Eve dinner, party and show were spectacular from the first minute to the last minute - awesome - thank you very much for hosting us

not all bungalows were as nice decorated with paintings and lamps as number 5

Die Lage ist super. Die Terrasse ist super. Auf Wunsch wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Deklaration vom Eingang und Garten sind sehr stylisch. Die Inhaber sind einfach nur Spitze.

Dusche hatte zu wenig Druck gehabt und war defekt. Es herrschte ein eigenartiger Geruch ohne Klimaanlage. Zu tiefe Toilette.
