Koh Tao Heritage

We’ve just spent 7 nights in this hotel and had a sea view room. The view was really beautiful with a great sunsets. The room was spacious with a large terrace. It was nice to have a pool and we had direct access to a small beach too. There were a few cracked tiles outside, but we took into account the pandemic and lack of tourism for a while. The location was great. Only around 15 minutes walk from Mae Haad and a similar walk to Sairee Beach. The walk to Sairee was lovely with lanterns and lights above us on an evening. Umbrellas or some kind of shade would’ve been nice around the pool. Staff were helpful and the view was really stunning.

We stayed there as a couple for 3 nights and enjoyed it all: the space in the rooms, the location close to Sairee beach action, the breakfast at the nearby café, the comfort of the bed. Only downside: quite some mosquitoes, but would it have been better elsewhere on that stretch? I don't think so... Most of all, the friendliness and authenticity of Cho and his team (Nancy and Patty) took our stay to a whole new level and we can safely say that thanks to them Koh Tao is the best party of our trip through Thailand...

Good location. Rooms spacious and clean. Silent A/C and clean bathroom. Coffee heater available Shower to be improved. Service at the desk could be better. Breakfast really perfect with a great choice of food. Maybe coffee machine could be a real need. Free pick up from e to port trally appriciated

Don't be fooled, the hotel has two buildings, they put the good photos at the beginning and show few of the ones at the end. The room is simply scary: you have a bathroom with a shower with a hose more than anything else, with a tank that makes the water have no pressure. To make matters worse, there is no curtain or screen and every time you shower the whole bathroom gets dirty. Rusty and broken furniture, doors that don't close properly, a safe that is broken and they tell you that you have to buy another one, but don't worry, no one enters your room (the door is made of wood that you open with a kick). To make matters worse, you have to walk down the street and look for the pool because it is not in the complex. In short, it's a scam, we only ask for normal and standard conditions. DO NOT book unless they give you the good building.

Hôtel correct, point négatif sur la douche qui est au même endroit que le WC et l’évacuation de l’eau se situe derrière le WC, chose peut pratique car ça rends l’accès aux toilettes toujours tremper. Chambre, literie et service au top. Un coup de rénovation des chambre serait quand même le bienvenue. Piscine top et l’hôtel est super bien placé On a eu une chambre et on s’est retrouvé à l’autre bout de l’emplacement de l’hôtel ce qui est un peu dommage, pas du tout face a la mer.

Location is good. 2 min walk from Sairee beach. Very peaceful. We had a room on the upper part. Big and comfortable. Bit noisy if you have loud neighbors but all in all the plus is that it was very spacious. I did not like the pool area too much, although it is a good place for the sunset - but I preferred to see it from the beach

Vi bodde på 2 ställen på hotellet. Dels nere vid havet och sen längre upp en bit från stranden. Vi trivdes bra på båda ställena men saknar mer lyse i badrummet samt krokar/galgar för handdukar necessär, kläder mm. Även en hylla inne i duschutrymmet och en spegel med lampa för makeup saknades i rum 1 vid havet.Helt ok frukostbuffe,saknar riktigt kaffe.

Emplacement sympa, dommage que notre chambre ne donnait pas côté mer. Sinon personnel très souriant et agréable.

In a very pleasant and quite busy location by the beach. Lots of "life", restaurants and activities offered in the immediate proximity of the resort. Our room was big and very comfortable with a pleasant terrace to enjoy the sunset. Great selection of dishes for breakfast... Overall an excellent choice for our first two nights in Koh Tao.
