Hideout Koh Kood

100/10. Me and my girlfriend coming from Germany fully recommend Hideout Koh Kood. The area is amazing, the private pool villa is amazing, the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are super helpful with things that don't even have anything to do with Hideout Koh Kood. Will 100% be coming back again.

Çok fazla böcek ve kertenkele vardı. Ada olduğu için normal karşıladık fakat onları uzak tutmak için sineklik benzeri şeyler yapılabilirdi. Tesisin yüzülebilecek çok az alanı var, genelde kayalık bi sahil. Tesis adanın sonlarında olduğu için bi yerden sonra toprak yolla gidebiliyorsunuz.

My husband and I came for (2) nights. We contacted a severe infestation of " bed bugs". We could feel them jumping on us in the sheets. We thought it was mosquitoes but the bites became insanely itchy and multiplied. By the second night it was unbearable..no sleep as we itched all night. We had to sleep on top of bed then on top of towels. First thing the next morning we went to pharmacy and they gave us a all over treatment for scabies. We asked for a refund as our stay was horrendous, showed them all our bites and the scabies cream. They tried to tell us that we already had them! This was not true, we had been staying in a luxury private home for 5 weeks before we came to resort. We had to fight just to get a partial refund of 1 night! Absolutely appalling behavior from an expensive resort.
