Location was great!

Would have liked a regular couch I stead of the split recliner couch. Just be aware the room is small.

The house was VERY clean! Not a speck of dirt, hair or water spots anywhere. You can actually use the coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and toaster since they were in like new condition and very well maintained. Unlike many other places I’ve stayed. The bed was comfy and there is enough storage everywhere! The couch is a great place to sit & put your feet up. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and it’s very well lit. The porch is screened so you can relax out there without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. The view from the porch was beautiful! It’s a quiet park…the only thing I heard were golf carts driving around every now & then. The only contact I had with the management was through emails, they were very nice and sent me all the info I needed. I actually prefer the self check in process, so that was a plus for me.

The a/c units had a hard time cooling the home the first day. But it was in the upper 90’s, so that’s to be expected. I didn’t arrive until later in the day, so it was hot inside. Next time, I’ll just ask them to lower the a/c, I’m sure they won’t mind doing that. One room in the home smelled of cigarette smoke really bad and it’s the room right next to the bedroom. I’m very sensitive to that smell, it makes me sneeze and my nose to run. By the second day my nose was a mess. The rest of the home doesn’t smell at all, so I just avoided that room.

Environment.

It seems that black people are not welcome. They poured water on my car for hours. and sometimes I couldn't even get out of it. Sunday, after getting dressed for church, I had to go through the passenger side to drive. It was 10 a.m. Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. the water did not stop. I call, but no one picks up. I went to the office, unfortunately it wasn't closed either. Instead of Thursday the 16th, I left on Tuesday the 14th. A few minutes before noon. As an excuse, I was blamed by the owner, who had not worked that day. The worst part was that he already knew I was from Haiti without telling him.

It has it own private entrance and it’s a great location for me, my daughter who got married, lives across 27 by McPhails!

We liked the trailer; it was neat and clean. the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighbors were very nice and quiet.

The only thing was i could not get live local channels on the TV. I like to watch live sporting events.
