Staff was helpful when I accidentally locked myself out. Geat value for the cost.

Unit could use a little more maintenance as the blinds in the main living room were damaged.

Nothing, The place canceled my reservation at 10:30 Friday morning, the day we should have been checking in. They knew there were no hotel rooms available due to local event. My reservation was secured on my credit card, and already charged 2 weeks in advance. But they rented my room out to someone else. Then tried to push me off to other property further away. We had friends staying there and was travelling planning on meeting up with them. I got the "To bad, nothing we can do" response from the Lady who answer the phone. Not nice at all. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

Soo organized! All the way down to the binder they provide you with. Tons of great information. It had Information about the Resort, Restaurants with Menu, Shopping near by etc. Very quiet and peaceful. And anything you could need while away from home! Definitely reccommend! 10/20⭐️ Thank you for awesome stay!
