Panhou Retreat

Everything here is pristine and simple, not commercialized. Along the way, I met many locals who were very friendly and willing to share about their daily life. It was a relaxing yet meaningful experience.

The open space surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air allowed me to fully immerse myself in every movement. The instructor encourages everyone to go at their own pace, with no pressure, yet still very effective. I especially love the breathing exercises and meditation, which helped me feel balanced from the inside out. It’s a truly valuable experience during my trip

With soft, warm lighting and elegant decor, this place has a blend of luxury and friendliness. The drinks are diverse, from wine to cocktails, and they are carefully crafted, accompanied by soothing music, which made me never want to leave

The open design space looks out onto the lush garden, making meals more relaxing and enjoyable. The food here is very special, made with fresh local ingredients. The staff is also very attentive, always happy to introduce each dish and the story behind it.

The room surprised me with how comfortable it felt right when I walked in. The furniture is mostly made of recycled wood, bamboo, and rattan, giving a friendly and close-to-nature feeling. The bed is large, the mattress is soft, and the blankets are extremely cozy. Especially, at night, there’s no need for air conditioning, just open the window to let the natural breeze in—it’s so refreshing. Waking up surrounded by nature and breathing in the fresh air is my favorite part of this place.

One of the most memorable experiences during my stay at Panhou Retreat was the traditional music and dance activities. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn about the local ethnic cultures and immerse myself in their vibrant traditions. The staff were enthusiastic and eager to guide us through the dances and songs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend participating in these activities during your stay—it’s an enriching experience that brings you closer to the heart of the local culture.
