We were 5 people (1 family) from Ahmedabad, stayed here. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful too, surrounded by mountains. They have good amenities too. Food is delicious, service and hospitality was up to the mark. Jungle safari to watch tigers is very nearby from here. If you're going to Pench, i recommend this place to stay anyday.

It was a great experience staying in La Selva Resort. Highly recommend! Food was delicious, fresh and just like home cooked, cant get over with the taste wile writing the feedback, Menu was vast and didn't get the repeated items in breakfast, lunch & dinners. Services were quick and restaurant staff were attentive and took the special care while eating on table. The restaurant manager was super helpful and managed to get us a pastry at midnight for anniversary celebration. Rooms were clean & well maintained, washrooms are spacious and smells good. Room services were quick and they listen and act accordingly. Safari booking was easy and Hussle free and reasonable price. They made sure that we get the best Zone in Tiger Reserve and we were able to spot tigers in both the safaris. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel and trust me when i say this as i have stayed in numerous hotels but this has given me homely feeling. Kudos to the entire team. Will surely come back soon !!!!

Food - Amazing every single time Staff - Poorly trained but very helpful. Always did everything we asked for. Problem was that, those things shouldn't need to be asked for in the first place! Rahul was a machine! Such an amazing guy to have around, working tirelessly to hold everything together. Location - Close to Teliya gate, but little far from the others Rooms - Really good, comfortable and spacious (Had a few mice annoying us for one of the nights though. The staff took care of it eventually) Swimming Pool area - Built on a platform and surrounded by forest

Price - They're not ready to be charging amounts like this. After paying such a premium, you'd expect things like Bonfire and TEA/Coffee(!) to be complimentary. Management - Very poorly managed right now. The staff aren't too bad to be honest, they're quite helpful. But nothing about the whole experience is professional. When I called for booking, they weren't sure of their own location, which gates are closest, etc. When asked for safari bookings, I had to contact a third party whom the forwarded me onto (who did a good job however) We booked through booking.com and there seemed to be a disconnect there too. Rahul, however, is amazing! Non-stop work machine. Checkout - OH MY GOD! We would've missed our flight if it wasn't delayed! An hour to check out, despite me calling in advance and asking them to keep everything ready. They were completely clueless about the costs. Twice they added things that they forgot about after we paid. Best part, they called again hours after our checkout to say they had forgotten to charge for one of the rooms! We cleared it immediately anyway, but come on, stuff like that needs to be sorted out. Really really unprofessional. Conclusion: I visit national park many times a year and a lot of people rely on my opinion for stays/parks etc. I organize travel for a lot of people each month. I would honestly not recommend this resort to anyone unless I knew for sure that the management has taken care of all these issues and I got a chance to stay again and experience the change first. With a few changes and training, they have the potential to be one of the best resorts in the area. Also, I was warned about the resort from some people in Pench after I booked it. I tried to cancel it (well in advance) but they flat out refused to cancel it which was really annoying as all the concerns that the people had about the resort turned out to be 100% true. THEY ARE NOT READY!
