Staff behaviour was nice.

Cost is too high

The breakfast was a good spread. If you are on safari you will get 2-3 items + fruit juice and water to have at the safari. Mr Mahindra the Manager is a friendly person and does his best to make your stay comfortable. Piyush, their naturist also helps is making sure safari arrangements are all done properly.

Some items of food were very oily. Room bathroom on one day did not have warm water.

The cleanliness

The behaviour of the newly joined manager Last time we had a good time spend at this property because the atmosphere of the resort is like home at other side so we plan to stay again here…but this time we didn’t experience it.

We loved the style and feeling of our triangle chalet it was beautiful in the morning when the sunlight came through. It was cosy in the evening. The buffet staff were great! It was good to have a buffet so we could try different foods. All staff made a great effort. Pool area for sunset was nice. Being able to co ordinate safari and hotel transfer was helpful. Service was exceptional. Staff were very attentive and also got us a mini Christmas tree and Santa hats for Christmas Day.

Construction happening all morning long right in our private view - we were introduced to our chalet as being premier with a secluded location - which it was but the construction made it not very relaxing at times and people were walking back and fourth past the chalet making us feel overlooked. From a health and safety point of view there were always materials from the construction work laying around in the long grass. WiFi doesn’t work We had a mouse living in our chalet between the floor boards which was very noisy at night!

The staff is very friendly and co-operative. Food is amazing and we could customise as per our liking which is highly appreciated. The location is also good, located within the forest area gives you the feel of the wildlife.

Dwindling and weak networks is something which spoils the fun. Also, as this place is situated in the thick of the forest buffer zone, ideally a group size of 4+ would be recommended.

the tent and the ambience

no telephone in cabin to call room service and no reception (no network) for cell phones

Couple of guests were rude towards our pets and I feel this property is not truely pet friendly. There was no electricity in our tent overnight and no staff was available to help us.

It’s a lovely property, I had booked it on behalf of my family and they enjoyed a lot. Mansi from booking team went out of her way to help me co-ordinate things and make stay wonderful for my Family. Vinay was from the resort was good too, it was bit struggle to contact him but it’s all okay since everybody had good time. The property is nestled between the jungle that’s the USP.
