Amazing place, great food, great rooms

The bungalows are great, good bed, nice patio and fantastic outside bathroom. The common area is perfect. Nice restaurant area, gorgeous swimming pool and awesome bar. A campfire is made every night and the sunsets view is just breathtaking. Although a bit overpriced, the restaurant food is tasteful and of good quality

Some signs of overdue maintenance, hopefully this is addressed soon and is not the start of a downwards cycle of this nice estate. Example: only one sunshade left at the swimming pool, all other 5 were broken, so there were limited spots in the shade at the swimming pool. Also some of the sun beds are at the end of their lifetime. There was a local celebration on the wasteland next to the resort for two night till late (02.00am), this was just unlucky and according to the resort highly uncommon, but just putting it down here if more people have the same experience during other stays.

Expensive Only a cold water showe though they apologised as none of the rooms have warm/hot water Room was not watertight, so when it rains, bed and other areas inside got wet. They apologised but did nothing about it. Wi-fi only at reception desk or at restaurant/bar. Stairs in surf hut are steep and switches for lights are at the wrong end of sleeping area. No light outside hut, so can be tricky getting key into the door when it's dark and can't sit outside room in the evening unless you want to sit in darkness. Don't roll out of bed or leave your phone on the edge as you have a 2.5m drop down to seating area below. Breakfast includes one dish plus tea. For the cosy it is not great value for money.
