XXI only hated the bar fridge and their protocol towards the fridge and I think they charged me for things that I did not use from the fridge ,water is always free if u book a place anywhere but this place charge u for water from the room 🤔.I think it's unfair to be charged for water bottles that u find in d room

ZAThe staff was friendly and accomidating. We were treated like royalty. The food is exceptional wirh attention to detail and quality. All meals exceptional and flavourfull, beautifully presented. It is absolutely beautifull. 10 out of 10.Gorgeous place.
ZAOur room didn’t have a shower. Just a bath tub. We had to wait for a long time for our food. Also, the menu is very limited and could do with a variety of dishes.

Limited drink options and R500 corkage fee charged, even if you have your own water or the drinks they dont serve. The fee amount is not indicated as part of the rules so they can charge whatever they want. Questions seeking clarity on this are met with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Cold filter coffee served with breakfast. Very long wait for food at all meal times. TV in the room was an old Telefunken and didn't work, so perhaps it shouldn't even have been there.
ZAOur stay was delightful. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Our stay was made better by the of their amazing staff. Gerald is a superstar, he tended to our needs without hesitation and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Chef Spencer, what an incredible soul, went the extra mile to keep us fed and happy. His amazing hot sauce, More Fire, is a must try. His food is incredible, chef’s kiss!
