"Could have been better."

Good drive up the mountain, quiet and peaceful but the music outside was a bit much.

The latch on the bathroom door frame stuck out scraping my arm and cutting my partner’s arm . Ordered two meals, only one arrived because they didn’t have stuff to make the other then told us the kitchen was closed, so a bit hungry that night.

"Memorial but once against staff is not frendly ! Not value for money !"

The property is good but not clean , access to mean roads is far and roads is bad and water machine is not hot !

Location is beautiful but the staffs is not friendly.

"The property was amazing but extremely poor service."

Location & concept

Staff very laid back. It took them about 2 hrs only to get 2 towels. Leena the girl at the reception took about an hour only to reply to messages on the app. We had to keep going to the reception for anything we wanted eg. there was no coke no one bothered to reply on the app we had to go to the reception to get something else. There was a group outing and they were screaming on the mic post 9pm which is supposed to be the quiet time.
