The magnificent view

Too small cabin and the road is too narrow, very hard to find the way in. There was no water supply on the day I stayed, and I wonder if this happened frequently.

The cabins are modern, the staff is friendly and helpful, the view is amazing . Accessibility is a nightmare as the road is not paved, goes uphill and is too narrow. If another car is coming the opposite way (as it will happen) finding a way to see who goes first, who reverses, and how you’ll find a way to continue will represent an unpleasant stress to your relaxing holiday. When we arrived, the toilette and shower had mold, I arrived and found an used toilette paper roll from the previous guests. On our second day, the room service forgot to take away the toilette paper trash, paper bin rubbish and to give us new water bottles. The room wasn’t disinfected nor the toilette, they just sweeper the floor. You need a smartphone to access the room as you must download their app in order to access/communicate and operate the cabin. Typically I’m not a picky guest but for the price I paid (over 200 us) for 3 days, there are much better stays in Kintamani and Bali in general. Just make sure you book with enough time ahead, sadly that wasn’t our case. There are no warungs/ mini Marts nearby so once you’re uphill you must order from their menu or drive downhill back to the highway to find one or just bring your own stuff.

Good view

Property staff needs to pay more attention to clearing of plates as there are too many flies. Power failure time to time. Fortunately is short interval.

The cabin is good. The landscape and the mountain view are great.

The premise is open area and there are stray dogs and cats around. The location is inconvenience and hard to reach.

Staff was nice and views were good

Cabin is super hot even with ac fully blasting at 17 (if you touch the entrance door made of metal you get seriously burned, like a hot pan). Bed sheets were stained. Shower comes off the wall. It's all super small. When we arrived no one set up the mosquito net for us, nor the umbrella. No hand soap. There's animals lose in the premises and they come to bother when you're eating. The dog even byte me and the cats keep miawing. The neighbors are fully blasting their dangdut music and karaoke all day long at full volume (impossible to relax). You need to have your phone at all times to unlock your cabin door (there's a QR code). Certainly waaay overpriced for IDR 1.3 million (almost USD 100) per night.
