nothing mentioned before arrival that the kitchen and restaurant are closed and no food will be offered. they allowed me to use the kitchen but it wasn’t very clean and eventhough I washed everything I used thoroughly, they complained that I didn’t clean the stove and the sink after using it, which surprised me because they weren’t clean to being with. the first day there was no hot water. overall, it was not the relaxing getaway I was expecting.

GBThe location is pristine, the restaurant set menu is decent enough and good that it's on site. The room was very spacious and had a great balcony. The bed was comfy and I slept very well and the shower had a nice variable temperature and the gardens with the view make for a gorgeous place. Parking is decent although the road down the hill is rough.
No WIFI anywhere but the lobby and even there it doesn't work half the time and when it does it is poor, they should not be advertising as having free WIFI realistically if it is anywhere but the room. Bare in mind the lobby is a separate building right at the bottom of the complex that is nowhere near nay of the rooms and is open air so exposes you to mosquitos and has no desks you can work at. Another peev of mine is that they advertise air-conditioning when in reality it is just a ceiling fan which is not the same thing, thankfully it did just a good enough job but it was noisy and were it any warmer it would be too hot. No one offered to help with my bags on arrival and there was no toilet paper stocked into my room and a pube on the bathroom floor. There is also no room safe nor fridge both of which would be appreciated.
MYMy stay here was amazing. Will definitely come again. The receptionist staff very helpful and serve us with joyful smile all the time. We felt so welcome to stay here. We can rent a bbq set as well!
The access from main road to the villa abit scary. Need some upgrade on the holes, bumpy and uneven surface. Please cut the grass on the middle road too.
MYThe place is beautiful and serene. The room is quite big & comfortable.
The location. It's quite high & the road to the place is narrow so you have to be careful when you drive up there. And also, they don't have proper ventilation inside the toilet so the air & the smells trapped inside, at least you have an exhaust fan inside there.
