Gallene Gala Nature Resort

Set in the middle of the jungle in harmony with its surroundings. Mona was a fab host and great cook!

The owner was so kind and caring. I was not well and she checked on me and made sure I was well fed. The food was awesome. The swimming hole near by was nice for a jungle dip. The jungle surroundings were serene and peaceful. The road in was about 3kms of rockiness, our driver dropped us half way (due to being in a Toyota Prius) and the owner organised a tuk tuk to get us and our gear there.

It’s amazing atmosphere beyond that one of the cleanest and cosy room i had since im in Sri Lanka. ☝️ Absolute great base also for hiking, cinnamon plantation nearby. Could only recommend

Beautiful and quiet place in the middle of the nature with a very friendly host. Next to the accommodation is a natural swimming pool with a lot of tiny waterfalls. You can also do a little hike to reach the source of the waterfall. And last but not least, the food is very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this place!

I was seeking a stay away from hustle and bustle, and it was perfect! Very close to nature, and a beautiful on-site swimming spot.

It is very amazing place, a real jungle with a lot of different animals!! The room was nice and clean, the lunches and dinners are local cuisine, but very tasty! If you want to live in the real nature, we will recommend this place!

A beautiful spot with and exceptional host. If you have any interest in birdwatching this is a good spot.
