Convenient welcoming, I like the fact that everything we needed we could get to without leaving the property

Not much to say that I didn’t like I just wish our room was facing the pool area

The restaurant food was really good, as was the food/coffee in the store. The cabin was fine, master bed was comfortable. Great location. Pools were fun. A place to park your boat is great.

The beach area was turned into another $ pit (when there’s already a golf course for people who like that). A place for kids to play would’ve been much better. The pools & lazy river were heated in June when it was super hot outside, so they weren’t refreshing. Also, part of the website says free parking for cabins, but it was $10 when we arrived. Since each cabin has its own designated parking spot & no one else can park there, there’s no reason to charge us to park in our cabin’s spot.

my access keys stop working at 9:30am it was horrible. When calling the front desk staff to notify the staff that keys are not working and them giving you and attitude is unacceptable. The beds were so HARD! I notified the front desk, and she stated that no has complained about beds. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I find that strange when there were several complaints front customers at the front desk. Horrible for the first time visit! I would like to be compensated for not being able to sleep!!!!!

Did not get to use amenities first day because of the rain. First day was a waste of a stay. Also balcony was dirty with lots of bugs and black mold.
