The staff looked upset and forced to speak or answer questions. Everything was so over priced. I had inquiries about the spa and never got a reply. Room service never came to clean or to offer new towels.

We were there for a dance competition so having the convention center on site was very convient. Emily and Jake, bartenders at License to Chill were awesome. They were attentive, helpful, and had great recommendations about anything on the property. The golf course was nice and putt putt was fun.

While we were there they were hosting a huge dance convention. Even though they knew they would be expecting all of these guests, they were not equipt to handle it. They ran out of so many things each day it became a running joke; milk, salad, Pina coladas, Tidos, Caramel, Chocolate, vanilla, etc. The ice machines were all broken, the elevators were so backed up it was sometimes a 30 minute wait or walk up 15 flights of stairs. Rooms only get cleaned every 3 days here, but they didn't have enough clean towels, so in the 3rd day some people were only getting 1 towel to replace the 6 they had originally. At one point a little girl told her dad what some older teenage boys said to her. When the day asked the boy if he talked to her, the boy punched the dad in the face 4 times, other bystanders jumped in and started a brawl and not ONE SINGLE STAFF MEMBER DID ANYTHING. We had to run the person with the walkie talkie and tell her what to do and say. Meanwhile the kid had jumped the fence and run away before the police got there. This place is WAY overpriced for a rundown, semi clean, poorly run, tribute to the late great Jimmy Buffett!

To sum it up never got housekeeping in our room, no toiletries were ever delivered it took complaining 4-5 times and 14 hrs later to get any kind of service. Pools were dirty, staff were rude, didn’t answer phones, for a 20 story building only one set of elevators. Would not recommend this place unless you have 900-1500 dollars to throw away.

The elevators. They broke down. Staff was quick to help get them working. But you could never get in them they were all full.

We went out to eat at the restaurant we went swimming and we did the miniature golf the food at the restaurant, Captain Hook or something like that could be better
