Mrówki w pokoju z którymi personel walczył cały tydzień a i tak się ciągle pojawiały . Zbyt zimna woda w basenie.

- Grounds of the hotel, golf court, access to the Aqua land park and a padel court. - Access to the private beach (Though there are nicer beaches in Crete, the option was appreciated, especially with a Volleyball session and Yoga/Pilates on the beach) - Overall a good selection of food and drinks under the all inclusive option. (There are also themed nights in the main restaurant) - Large and recently upgraded rooms (appreciated the room upgrades) - Staff goes out of the way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. - Always managed to find a sun lounger without having the need to reserve deckchairs whilst the pool was closed. (We were a group of 12 with children) - Appreciated the late check out option at a very reasonable price. We found this hotel to be more quieter than the adjoining Caldera Beach.

- Main pool opens late and closes early (10:00-18:00) - Dining options can get a bit repetitive under the all inclusive option with one main restaurant. (There is the Italian option but the restaurant does not open daily. This hotel needs additional dining options under the all inclusive package) - Activities during the day seemed to be repetitive with only pilates/yoga switching in the mornings.

Tout !!! La propreté. Le service ( on conduit vos valises dans la chambre. Nous avons eu un souci avec la clim, réglé en 5 min et on vous appelle ensuite pour savoir si tout fonctionne bien) Les piscines, toboggans et l'accès direct à la plage. La qualité et la variété dans la nourriture. La gentillesse du personnel.

Notre chambre un peu petite pour 4 personnes.
