Very nice location, in front of sea. Good services and kindly staff. Very good breakfast and dinner. Fantastic vacation spend with my family. Paradise is the right name

Most of all, the staff was impolite, rude, especially the manager in charge of the rooms; I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this facility.

Location of the hotel is great, and easily accessible. Enough parking to where it was not so much of an issue. Pool was great, so was the enterainment team. Breakfast was good as well.

Had some ants coming into the room, which staff says is a common issue. I felt the hotel looked a bit dated in some areas, and could use some refreshing. The hotel does not enforce its policy of not reserving sun loungers for too long (I had noticed plenty with a towel on them that remained unoccupied for hours, which is a bit unfair for other guests). Also, please let customers change their pool towels every day (or every other day at least).

La chambre, il y avait des fourmis partout dans la chambre, salle de bain, sur le lit etc la propreté des draps du lit, on avait une grosse tâche jaune sur notre lit et une autre grosse tâche sur le lit de notre fille, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien et le mobilier de la chambre très vieux, l’espace plutôt petit pour une famille, les étagères de l’armoire minuscule tu doit plier ton t-shirt en 4 pour le faire rentrer. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et pour le prix que ça coûte beaucoup de choses à améliorer je dirais.

had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Isabella, Amelia, and Carolina – they did an excellent job and gave a lot of attention to my kids, making them feel really special and welcomed. Their kindness made a big difference in our stay. The breakfast was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety that made each morning something to look forward to. The animation team also added a lot of value. They were friendly, engaging, and helped create a fun and lively atmosphere without being too pushy. The only downside was the beach towel policy. Guests aren’t allowed to change towels daily, and we had to return them ourselves before check-out, which was a bit inconvenient for a beach resort. Other than that, everything else was excellent. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a clean, welcoming place with great service and a relaxed, friendly vibe

Kurze Wege auf der Anlage und grundsätzlich sauber.

Die Anlage war sicherlich einmal sehr schön, doch mittlerweile schon in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde nichts instand gehalten. Abnutzung in der Baustruktur, Einrichtung und nur notdürftige Reparaturen. Es wird nur benutzt und kaum etwas investiert.

Nulla, purtroppo il nostro soggiorno e’ stato compromesso dalle prime ore in hotel.

Le nostre aspettative in fase di prenotazione sono state totalmente deluse dall’esperienza diretta di permanenza in hotel. Se siete persone abituate a viaggiare e pensate di andare in una struttura per famiglie di standard 4 stelle, cercate altrove. A questo prezzo si puo’ trovare molto meglio a Creta
