Location wise its an excellent property. Staff was polite, courteous, helpful and knowledgable.

Its not that I didnt like but it can be taken as a suggestion. There has to be more more options in the menu be it fix menu or open buffet. The i Options were limited and also didnt match the timings. Like moong dal halwa in morning breakfast. Masoor dal in open buffet dinner time. Snacks could have been better. Dessert could hve been much better being an ITC property.

Quite clean and less crowded . Room service staff was good

Location more valley oriented so good view of Mountains not available. Premium room face jungle or valley . Weather akin to low hills of Punjab region. Over priced. Very limited menu . Average B fast spread not in Sync with ITCs . No swimming Pool facility , under Construction. No one in supervisory staff came and enquired about stay or took feed back on food . While Clearence from reception seemed like an average hotel check out and was without warmth. Services not comensurate to price. overall over priced
