We chose the property to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and we informed the hotel well in advance. But to our disappointment we didn't not find Hotel doing anything to make us feel special. Even the food taste was not up to the expectations. Thank you for your hospitality.

ITC Storii, located away from Dharamshala, boasts impressive construction but falls short of the expectations set by its pricing and ITC’s branding. Despite positioning itself as a premium property, it lacks essential amenities like a pool, gym, and a fully operational spa, all of which are still under construction. To safeguard their interests, the hotel does not list these facilities at the time of booking, leaving guests to discover the limitations upon arrival. There is also a lack of transparency during the booking process, even for the spa. In my case, I was offered a 15% discount as compensation for the incomplete infrastructure. However, the spa experience was no better than an average at-home massage service, with subpar quality but five-star pricing. The absence of senior management is evident, with only polite yet inexperienced staff available to address guest concerns. Overall, the property is best avoided until all facilities are fully functional, especially for those traveling with children.
