Location and view was beautiful.

Front office staff was a huge disappointment. They did not handle any of my requests well, like change of room, celebration for special occassion, accommodation facilities.

I am compelled to convey my profound disappointment with the service and conditions experienced during our recent stay at your Dharamshala location, which fell significantly short of the expectations associated with the ITC brand’s reputation for excellence and guest satisfaction. While the room was allocated promptly upon our arrival, the service began to decline notably with an unacceptable delay in the delivery of our luggage. This lapse forced us to proceed with our day without the opportunity to change or recharge our devices, immediately setting a tone of inconvenience for our stay. Compounding our dissatisfaction was the discovery that our request for a packed breakfast, necessitated by our early departure and our son's ill health, was unfulfilled despite assurances to the contrary. Upon attempting to resolve this at checkout, we were met with a disheartening lack of effort from the front office staff, who not only questioned our order placement but also failed to provide any form of solution or accommodation for our predicament. This indifference was particularly frustrating as we faced a four-hour journey without suitable sustenance. Moreover, the stay was further marred by technical and environmental issues that should not occur at a property of your standing. The WiFi, an essential amenity for both leisure and business travelers, was non-functional throughout our stay, impacting our ability to plan our activities and stay connected. Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes in the restaurant area not only detracted from our dining experience but also raised concerns about hygiene and guest comfort. These issues, when considered collectively, not only inconvenienced us but also called into question the value of the premium paid for staying at your reputed property.
