The Himalayan mountain view is spectacular from the room. The service in the restaurant is great.

Nothing from my side, unfortunately, our friend had a terrible SPA experience and reception service.

Its a beautiful property and very well maintained. The rooms are clean and its got a fantastic view of the mountains.

While we were informed in advance about the pool and gym not being functional, but the SPA was also not available as a wedding function was scheduled at the property. Considering the rates, it was disappointing to not have these available at the property (specially the SPA). An event at the property should not be at the inconvenience of other guests.

I liked the view and location

I didn’t like the reception staff… they were not at all welcoming and always said no for evrything. Esp there was a girl I don’t remember her name

THE RESORT LOCATION, DESIGN, STAFF COURTESY AND FOOD WERE AWESOME... WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN. THE STAFF IS VERY CORDIAL AND VERY WARM... GOES EXTRAMILE TO UNDERSTAND YOU AND MAKES YOU COMFORTABLE.

GYM SHOULD START ASAP... AND THE SWIMMING POOL.. I MISSED THESE THERE

I liked the staff hospitality, they were always upto their toes to make sure we have the best of stay

Needs to add on more activities in the hotel so that who ever comes in could spend more time with in the property
