Opted for breakfast and dinner, paid 750 per person extra. Another family had not opted and they paid cash Rs250 for breakfast and Rs350 for dinner. So by booking advance I paid Rs150more. Food was not worth for amount that we paid, we could had drive near market and had there. One evening we asked for coffee and they gave instant coffee, completely tasteless. Being a place where coffee is grown, it need far better quality. Again cost of coffee is somewhere Rs80, does not worth even Rs1.

location & ambience near Restaurant was good

We went with my one year old kid & room wasn’t clean at all .. We booked classic suite in booking.com & resort manager joshua contacted us for confirmation & ensured like they will provide room heater or they will swap us to premium suite with fire place with extra charges. we agreed for the same since we have a kid we wanted it badly for the cold but during our check-in we weren’t given premium suite & asked extra charges for room heater in our classic suite which we booked .. it was really shocking why they didn’t inform us earlier about the un availability of premium suite or room heater charges .. Such a money minded resort we paid extra 1200 for room heater alone for 2 days

the location and staff were fantastic.

yet to have a mini pantry on-site. otherwise the dining at holiday home resort down the hill was a bit troublesome due to rain.
