Calm neat and clean rooms. Fire Place is nice.

Food court is 5 minutes walk away. In December it can be very cold outside.

Facilities pictures shown on your platform from outside. Inside, there are plenty of improvement areas. Food was decent, but you have to walk or drive 200 meters to eat it.

Plenty of things: 1. The geyser was not working properly. 2. Staff was not responsive on the Helpline. Very often you call the number and nobody picks up. 3. You have to walk or drive 200 meters to eat Breakfast or Dinner. Due to cold weather and dark streets - Dinner can be only eaten by driving to a place where the entry/exit gate is very narrow. 4. Restaurant staff would barely listen to your request. You have to take things on your own. 5. They charge for extra adults royally but not ready to provide a single pillow. 6. Extra towels requested never came on time. Once, they asked us to adjust because there were no towels present. 7. All charges were billed at the time of check-in but service was not up to the mark. 8. This hotel is run by a Christian missionaries, who keep Bible copies translated in various Indian languages not just at their reception but also in the Guest room. Not sure what their real agenda was? Providing best value for money service to customers or systematically promote Religious demographic changes in this country? In spite of complaining, Bible copies were not removed from my guest room.

Clean and safe property. We'll maintained and proximity to city center.

Pricing. A little on the higher side for the facilities offered.
