Althea Village - Family Hotel

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Althea Village for a two-week vacation, and it was undoubtedly a truly memorable experience. This charming hotel ticked all the right boxes, and here's why: Comfortable and Spacious Rooms: Our hotel room at Althea Village was not only nice but also quite spacious. This provided ample room for us to move around, even with kids in tow. The well-appointed room was tastefully decorated and impressively clean. Exceptional Staff: The staff at Althea Village were simply lovely. From the moment we checked in, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. Their warm and friendly demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. Culinary Delights: The food at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes available, catering to a wide range of tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and we looked forward to every meal. Homely Atmosphere: Althea Village exuded a homely feeling that made our stay truly special. It felt like we were staying with friends rather than in a hotel. The welcoming ambiance added a personal touch to our two-week vacation, and everything was immaculately clean. Kids-Friendly Amenities: For families with children, this hotel is a haven. They offered a range of activities and amenities tailored to keep kids entertained and engaged. Our children had a blast, and it allowed my spouse and me to enjoy some quality downtime. Attentive Staff with a Heart for Kids: Not only did Althea Village provide kids' activities, but the staff were also exceptional with our children. They interacted with them, ensured their safety, and genuinely cared for their well-being. This made our two-week stay as parents even more relaxing.

All was Great!

Tout! Et en particulier : la gentillesse de l'équipe, les animations (mini disco pour les enfants, quizz...), le fleurissement, les buffets variés, les équipements (piscine, bar, la chambre en duplex, boutique, parking...).

Nice clean modern hotel. The location is great for access to shops and bars. The bar man and reception staff were all amazing. They all go out of their way for you.

Pool area especially the bathrooms could be cleaned more in the day as the floor tends to get wet.

Service was excent and the food was quite ok. If you take all-inclusive option you do not have to worry about anything

The room was very noisy in the night - the hotel consist of several parts and our was from the side of the street. If you can, then take a room in the main part.

Het totale verblijf beviel ons het meest. Zowel het restaurant, de locatie, de kamers, het zwembad als de animatie in de accomodatie bevielen ons heel erg. Het feit dat er naast het restaurant ook nog een snackbar op het terrein gelegen was, was voor ons ideaal aangezien we vaak een uitstap deden tot rond 15u en we zo toch nog konden eten.

Er viel ons weinig tot niets tegen.

A variety of lovely clean pools. Rooms were spacious and clean with two separate sofa beds for our two children. Big variety of food available at each meal and from the daytime snack bar.

Not much we didn't like. Cocktails were a little sweet.
