Our family had a wonderful stay! We traveled with our seniors and baby, and everything was comfortable and relaxing. We especially loved the heated pool, which made our night swim so enjoyable. We were also happy that all the recreational activities were available. We had fun playing billiards, pingpong, and foosball, while our baby enjoyed the kids' playroom. The weekend activities were a great bonus, we loved the bonfire, band and the live singers during the Father's Day dinner. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent. We'd like to give a special shoutout to Marky for going above and beyond in taking care of us during our meals.

The place was still ideal because they had different types of cabins

The ammenities are okay but I think they were not able to maintain the beach area since this is our second stay here. But some of staff need some training. They were a bit rude in the restaurant. I was a it disappointed with how they handled informing us about eating in the restaurant while being a bit wet from the swimming pool beside it. The fact that the restaurant was placed directly beside the pool, gave the impression that we can eat there after swimming. I would suggest that they have some sort of dilineation of customers from the pool and those that are not so they can avoid issue with water.

I could not do a room upgrade thru booking.com, and i did a last minute cancelation. Solina went far and beyond to accommodate my request!

Multiple Electricity interruption during ktv was annoying. Kudos to hotel for having a generator!

I liked the room we had very nice bed and everything with it people very nice and a good choice of breakfast to cater for everyone
