"Disappointed with the stay."

The food was delicious and well cooked. The place for dining was neat and clean. There was a complimentary breakfast that I also liked.

The booking was confirmed and approved. But they didn't give us the room that we booked. They expected us to adjust in a tiny room with very little facilities. The staff were not friendly. They claimed to be a local but couldn't give proper guidance.
