Infrastructure needs more maintenance. Poorly maintained.. especially the pond , boat etc.

"Worst behavior from the staffs."

Location and ambience

Attitude of the staffs. Room cleanliness. No toiletries provided. Needs to wait 1 hour for a cup of tea which we ordered evening. Worst morning complimentary breakfast. While enquired got some irresponsible response from the front desk. Provided only Dosa as breakfast no any options. Can find better hotels nearby with same ambience. Homestay s are far better there when compared to the price what they charge for the facilities available.

"Would never recommend this to anybody"

River side boating

Poor maintenance especially AC, the doors don’t have proper closing mechanism, the gaps not allowing the rooms to get sufficiently cooled. The food was just average or even below. One room out of four was allotted too far and we didn’t use it
