La struttura è nuovissima e bella. L’unico a essere veramente educato e gentile il maitre del ristorante.

Il personale della reception non ci ha mostrato la struttura e il parco termale . Poi ci siamo imbattuti una specie direttrice responsabile dei servizi termali molto scortese e quasi maleducata con tutti i clienti dell’hotel.

Bellissima struttura con accesso diretto alle piscine termali. Ottima colazione.

Segnale wifi piuttosto debole in alcune parti della struttura. Camera veramente piccola.
