We were well-taken care of by the staff. Mr Takahashi and his colleague were attentive and prompt to our requests and helped us with everything from fitting our ski equipments, equipment replacement and luggage delivery service (TaQbin). We left something behind in the room by accident but were able to have the items sent back to Singapore after the hotel swiftly made arrangement for the delivery after we contacted them :) We acquainted with lovely Ikeda-san who was attending to us at the restaurant and had wonderful conversations sharing culture and experience over dinners and breakfasts. Food was great and the view from the restaurant was amazing and beautiful.

Location is exclusive. However, the slopes outside the hotel were not opened for the season, so we couldn’t enjoy the ski-in/ski-out convenience but had to travel much further elsewhere. Exclusivity also mean it took much longer to get there on the Express bus and all our dinners were settled at the restaurants in the hotel.

"Relaxing and fun with lovely old fashioned service."

Staff arranged for us to be driven to where we could ski each day. The snow was late this year. Hotel bus was very comfortable.

Nothing. The room was great - so big and comfortable. The staff were wonderful.
