Super Hotel, top Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal

Nothing negative to say. The room was great; comfy bed & big and clean bathroom/shower! The location couldn’t be better; the bungalows are only a few meters from a beautiful (and chill/private) beach. It’s also only a few minutes walk from restaurants, small supermarkets & a nice massage place. And if you rent a scooter (you can do so at the resort), you also get to a few more restaurants & beaches in around 10/15 minutes. The staff was super super kind & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Topp Lage. Toller Strand. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Gute Restaurants nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Bungalows sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber o.k.

La struttura oltre a trovarsi a mio parere sulla spiaggia più bella dell’isola occupa anche il punto migliore della spiaggia. Stanze molto belle. Wi-Fi funzionante, servizio navetta eccellente.

Mancanza di TV. I prezzi per mangiare e bere più elevati rispetto a tutte le altre strutture sulla spiaggia. Basta spostarsi di qualche metro e un cocktail passa da 220 bath a 100 bath per esempio, da rivedere i prezzi a mio avviso.

Die Anlage ist himmlisch und das Personal unheimlich zuvorkommend, professionell und super freundlich. Transfer wurde kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt (Fähre->Hotel->Fähre). Die Bungalows sind auf einem sehr hohen Standard, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Strand ist ein Traum und man kann wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars sind eine Minute entfernt, trotzallem kann man auch absolut die Ruhe genießen. Das Essen war vorzüglich.

Ein kleines Paradies auf Koh Mak!! Wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde, von den Bungalows aus ist man direkt am Strand und im Meer! Es ist sehr ruhig hier aber in 2 min hat man alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants und Cafés,..). Die Zimmer sind sauber, Betten bequem und alles wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die zugehörige Strandbar ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen, tolles Essen, leckere smoothies und ich war obsessed mit dem ice Cappuccino! Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, die durch die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten noch getoppt wurde!!

Ein Manko wofür baan ko mak nichts kann: wir hatten sandfliegen am Strand welche großen Gefallen an mir gefunden haben. Also besser Mückenspray mitbringen und vorsorgen denn die Bisse tun höllisch weh 😱

We loved Baan Koh Mak very much. From the moment Kim picked us up from the ferry until the moment we left he was so helpful and kind (with a beautiful smile that was infectious 😊). We originally booked for 4 nights but extended another 3 nights until they closed for the low season. The accomodation is perfect and exactly as described, really nice design and interiors. Our room was cleaned every second day which was more than enough. As mentioned. we were here heading into the low season so the restaurant wasn’t open but this was not an issue at all - in fact we loved the quiet vibe. A number of great Thai restaurants are within walking distance including a vegan restaurant right next door. The beach is a little rocky but no problems swimming there, we often wondered up a bit further to the right of the beach for great swimming. The grounds are lovely and very well kept by the staff every day. Golf cart & scooter hire available directly through Kim.

Nothing, we loved it and only moved due to closing down on the 28th April for low season. People here have complained about the rubbish on the beach, this is not the properties fault, it’s humans being humans. I spent a morning collecting rubbish along the entire beach, if we all pitched in the beach could be cleaner each day. Koh Mak is proudly environmentally friendly - as guests to the island I believe we should all help.
