Das Personal war sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und angenehm. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön. Uns hat der Stil sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer sind großartig. Frühstück war lecker und reichlich. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und vieles sehen.

La struttura è molto bella, ogni dettaglio degli spazi comuni e delle camere è curato e pensato, sia per quanto riguarda la struttura che l'arredamento. Il personale è stato molto gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. La camera non aveva il riscaldamento, ma solo un sistema di riscaldamento del letto Che comunque ha consentito di dormire molto bene. Forse il riscaldamento anche ambientale permetterebbe di godere di più della camera.

La posizione è un po' decentrata.

It’s a beautiful house and rooms are delightful . Not your standard hotel .. it was a little cool during the night . Gorgeous bathrooms .. large rooms

Cordialità dello staff, la camera e la colazione

Non é presente il riscaldamento quindi la stanza risulta un po’ fredda ma lo staff è stato subito disponibile a fornirci un piumino ulteriore. In ogni caso nel letto é presente uno scaldaletto elettrico che funziona benissimo e consente di dormire al caldo.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is comfortable, very clean, and truly beautiful. The heated bed made all the difference, as Nuwara Eliya can get quite chilly at times. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and plentiful, and the staff were always kind, attentive, and helpful. A truly pleasant stay that I would highly recommend!

Hotel très agréable. Le lieu est encore mieux que sur les photos. Chambre très confortable, salle de bain tres propre comme les toilettes. Un dîner dans une salle à manger magnifique.

Prachtige, grote en luxueuze kamer. Lekker ontbijt. Heel vriendelijke hosts.

Hotel ligt langs drukke baan in een bocht waardoor er geluidshinder kan zijn. Kamers liggen allemaal aan de voorkant.
