Quality of furnishings and detail to eye and the peace and tranquility. Food and hospitality excellent.

We chose the Deluxe Double Room with balcony and it was a super pleasant stay. The room is spacious and equipped with a good bed and a very good mosquito net. The air conditioning worked very well and was nicely quiet. In the bathroom there is nice warm water. On the terrace there are chairs and a sun bed. The room was very clean and there were no moisture problems (!!) 😊 We had breakfast at the property every day and ate almost every evening. The food was very delicious and the owners go to great lengths to make the stay perfect. We were also able to park our tuktuk on the property without any problems. We have extended our stay from 2 nights to 7 nights.

Simply one of the best stays we had in Sri Lanka, we directly prolonged our stay! - super nice and welcoming host family - nice, very clean and comfortable room (we had a big balcony. The other rooms also seemed similarly good!) - comfy bed - the host mother is cooking one of the best rice and curries and very freshly for a very reasonable price in big portions. Also the breakfast was great! - located very quietly outside of Tangalle. There is not much around except a fantastic small beach. We have been nearly alone there. You can walk along the beach to the next bigger one also - you can rent a scooter directly from the hosts

Nothing, exceptional place to stay!

The family is very nice and cooked for us so many times! the breakfast was so rich and the room with balcony was very clean and had everything that we needed! We also rented a scooter from this place and explored the beaches but the best one was just 4 mins walk from the house!! You can be alone on this beach, swim and don’t be bothered by anyone else, this was the real secret/silent/lonely beach on the south coast! I liked the vibe here it was so quiet and peaceful with a little bit of jungle feeling near the beach! Definitely recommend if you want a getaway somewhere where you can be alone but also fell like you don’t need to stress yourself where to eat next or where to buy some drinks cause the family is there for you!

Very nice and clean and friendly. Stylish rooms, cosy beds, good food for good price. Balcony jungle view with monkeys, colorful birds and cute squirrels. Near and empty beaches. Perfect location to stay for a few nights and days !

Can’t recommend Abraham beach house enough. I immediately felt at home and part of the family. The room was spacious and clean. 200m from a beautiful beach and near to other great beaches for snorkelling and swimming. The breakfasts were huge and delicious. Tropical fruits, fresh fruit juice and a choice of Sri Lankan or western mains. Such good value for money! We ate breakfast watching the wildlife in the garden including monkeys and a wide variety of birds. It’s the kind of place you could stay at for weeks and weeks, a little slice of heaven. Thank you family, can’t wait to see you again!

Perfect place to stay for a few days. Spotlessly clean. Nice, friendly, helpful hosts. Prasard arranged a scooter for us no problem, and helped carry our bags to the main road for us when we left & waited to see that we càught the right bus. Good menu selection from the guesthouse at fair prices. 10 mimute bus ride from Tangalle town Beautiful secluded, deserted beach just a couple of munutes walk down the lane. We booked the basic room but upgraded to a room at the back with private terrace & garden for a few dollars more Worth it! No hesitatiòn in awarding a 10.
