Location is good with staff profesional and friendly

The room quite old with wardrobe broken, balcony sliding door is stuck, unable to lock, sliding net is seems broken. The room is not clean at all, hair and dust is everywhere, it seems the room is not ready for guest, i had to wipe the floor using tissue. Under the table and TV floating cabinet is dirty (dust, hair). Towel, floor/bathroom mat, any type of towel was not given. TV no channel, fridge is dirty and smell. The room is really not ready for guest.

The. pleasant staffs

Queuing to check in like a hospital. Book with breakfast but have to pay extra for buffet, which was not informed during booking, feel like a scam. Nothing international about the buffet bfast.

The room was clean, location was convenient, close to tourist attractions, walking distance to Kea Farm, EQ strawberry farm.

We chose the breakfast included package, however they didnt mention that it was a set of breakfast to choose from, not buffet despite there was buffet available. I felt like we were scammed, and the service for the breakfast were very slow. Also, the receptionist was very not friendly, so smile and no greet? Really need to improve on the manners.
