location is good.. staff are friendly.

Hope to have free shuttle bus to the Kei market as we are seniors. The Front reception is noisy as children playground. The cafe floor is not sweep property. q

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Management seems to put very little effort into keeping the property clean or safe.The room had a lot of dust, marks on the walls, and a strange smell. The bathroom had mold, and the chairs were heavily stained. It looks like the rooms are rarely cleaned properly.Check-in took a very long time. The hotel recently changed the door locks but did not check if they worked. Because of this bad planning, our room cards did not work, and we had to wait. Once we finally got inside, we found there were no cleaning signs for the door. We had to ask the front desk to clean our room every single day.We booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool, but it looks like a scene from a scary movie. The floors are broken and the brickwork is exposed. It is not safe for guests. Together with the mold and dust in the room, these conditions triggered my autoimmune illness.This hotel claims to be a four-star property, but it is a two-and-a-half-star hotel at best. The only four-star things are the view and the high prices at the cafe.DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

i booked for two days stay but i check out on the first day. Bed got sound here and there ,toilet got smell not comfortable for me. It bad experience.

Very typical Malaysian buffet breakfast, only RM22 if you book a day earlier

toilet bowl kuning..ade maintenance box dekat wall sebelah toilet bowl dh terkopak..glass door toilet kotor.. masuk2 bilik bau kepam carpet lama..vibe masuk bilik bau bilik hotel yg sgt lama.. makanan breakfast simple ada yang sedap and ada yg tak sedap..pakai cereal jenama cap ayam..hahahah
