i have booked 2 rooms, EXECUTIVE KING, One for my parents. Unfortunately, one of the room condition was terrible, it was dirty, dusty, leakage in the toilet. one of the power point socket at the pantry area was not working. the knob of the door between the hall and the room cannot be close properly. So disappointed as i pay for the defects of the room

Local delicacies & Oriental food for BF was nice. Ambience was good. Staff who were there was friendly, smiling and was attentive

Few staff at reception and at pantry were having serious faces looked not friendly
