Poor maintenance and upkeep of the property. Housekeeping is of low quality and facilities are tired and worn out. Staff are not trained properly.

Old Rusty room & Bathroom. No TV channel! Request Bath towel, arrived an hour later.
MYMYStaff there was very helpful, the facilities somewhat a bit old but it was kept clean. Kids enjoys their stay with pool activities, paddle boat and play room. At night, there was quite manu activities for children available. Breakfast was okay, had diverse menu and it was okay in terms of taste
Although the resort already arranged many activities for guest but the timing was quite short, up untill 10pm only. Might need to extend the time up to at least midnight, especially during weekend.
