From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The Beach Club at the hotel will have a DJ playing music from 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Sun-Thu) and 01:00AM (Fri-Sat). The volume of the music might be slightly higher during this time. Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts. For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. Meal plans for children are not included in the room rates. Charges for children must be paid separately upon check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The facilities are well managed and can be used at all time.

Housekeeping was not up to my expectation. Toilet and room were not cleaned and they just replace item inside the room. I left my toothbrush wrapping inside the toilet and when i came back it was still there, meaning that the cleaner did not wash the toilet and did not sweep the room. Since the hotel near beach so having sand in the room is common but it should be cleaned by the house keeping.

The beach, the pool, the service, the welcoming smiles, the Raya sweets, the room service. And of course, without a single doubt, the most gorgeous sunset anyone could see.

One minor detail, is for room service, food takes too long at times up to 1hr of waiting for a pasta dish which is not always convenient. Overall, there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like, but one thing that could make the experience even better is a small gesture for returning guests. Having stayed at the hotel 4 or 5 times, it would be nice to feel a little recognized or appreciated as a repeat visitor. It doesn’t have to be anything big just a small touch would make a difference and help guests feel special.
