From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The Beach Club at the hotel will have a DJ playing music from 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Sun-Thu) and 01:00AM (Fri-Sat). The volume of the music might be slightly higher during this time. Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts. For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt und die ruhige Lage ist auch okay. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Alle sind sehr bemüht immer ihr bestes zu geben um den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen .

Auch wenn es ein beach Club ist, so ist die Auswahl, Lautstärke und Dauer der Musik unbedingt überdacht werden. Wenn kaum Gäste da sind ist weniger mehr.

Отличный отель, расположение потрясающее, вкуснейшие завтраки, очень приветливый и приятный персонал, каждый день уборка, дают полотенца пляжные, играет до ночи диджей что нам понравилось, в комнате музыки слышно не было

Кондиционер был прям над кроватью. Без него спать душно, с ним - простыли в первую же ночь. Хорошо бы вывод кондиционера не над постелью.

The manager was very helpful trying to solve all the issues that appeared during our stay

The duff duff music played throughout the day and night. I would say they need to decide whether they are a hotel or a day beach resort. Hotel guests felt ignored because of the hotels desire to attract people to their day resort

Lage: top. Direkt am Strand. Sehr schöner Ausblick, viele Lokale gut erreichbar zu Fuß. Essen: großes Frühstücksbuffet. Man konnte auch sonst immer Speisen und Getränke bestellen. Preis: auch ganz gut, kein ultimatives Schnäppchen, aber haben ein gutes Angebot abgepasst ;) Zimmer: sehr groß und bequem, grundsätzlich sauber Strand: sehr schön Umgebung: super mit den Lokalen (Kaktus (?) und Bobis fanden wir richtig gut und günstig), manchmal konnte man Affen sehen und einige Vögel Meer: war auch gut zum schwimmen und auf det Luftmatratze liegen, zum schnorcheln nicht geeignet, da gibt es nix und keine gute Sicht im Wasser Nette Deko im Hotel und beim Pool etc. Nettes Personal.

Bei der Ankunft lag im Kasten noch eine Kontaktlinse des Vorgängers. Die Musik am Pool war teilweise unnötig laut, obwohl keine Party war oder so. Essen beim Frühstück könnte besser beschriftet sein (Allergene zB wären toll zu wissen oder ob in dem Gericht Fleisch drinnen ist) Man musste Recht früh Liegestühle reservieren, sonst musste man sich in den Sand oder zum Fels in den Schatten legen. Könnte man an die Besucheranzahl besser anpassen (es gibt ca 40 Liegen schätze ich, aber wohl deutlich mehr als 50 Gäste)
