From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The Beach Club at the hotel will have a DJ playing music from 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Sun-Thu) and 01:00AM (Fri-Sat). The volume of the music might be slightly higher during this time. Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts. For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. Morgenmaden var 10/10, internationalt køkken

Hotellet bør kraftigt overveje at udskifte dørene, da de slet ikke er praktiske. Den eneste måde at lukke dørene helt på er ved at smække dem i, hvilket skaber meget støj. Under mit ophold var der gæster, som først gik i seng efter beach clubben lukkede ved midnat, og som stod op igen kl. 5 om morgenen. De gik ind og ud af deres værelser flere gange, og dørene blev smækket hver gang. Det betød, at jeg gentagne gange blev vækket i løbet af natten. Derudover talte de meget højt på gangen og tog generelt ikke hensyn til andre gæster.
