From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The Beach Club at the hotel will have a DJ playing music from 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Sun-Thu) and 01:00AM (Fri-Sat). The volume of the music might be slightly higher during this time. Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts. For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia. The Facilities especially Swimming Pool. The staffs. The Location. The Breakfast Spread. Excellent.

The housekeeping team need to improve their cleaning system at some areas in the room ie: Floor & Toilet bowl. The TV was not working until we called the Maintenance. The Aircond we experienced leaking that made the floor wet. Hopefully they can do better & improve at all areas because the hotel is a nice & beautiful place to stay.

The breakfast was very good and was suitablefor most people although there was no bacon. The bar and restaurant were very expensive compared to nearby bars and restaurants so we eat and drunk elsewhere.

The whole place is starting to get a bit tired and needs upgrading. All the pool and beach furniture is worn out and some of the pool surround needs replacing.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The overall structure and layout are thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and well-organized space from the moment you arrive. The ambience throughout the property is calm and relaxing, with a quiet atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. One of the highlights for me was the pool area. It’s beautifully designed and overlooks the beach, which adds a stunning visual element to the whole experience. Sitting by the pool with the view, combined with the soft background music, created such a peaceful and soothing vibe. The food was consistently good, and the service was attentive and friendly without being overwhelming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I found it to be excellent value for money. Whether you’re traveling for a short getaway or even going solo, this place offers a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’d highly recommend it, especially for anyone looking to escape
