Good food, fantastic rooms, the pools are the best in Diani. Great location

The animation team was very weak. Only one person, in other hotels by the coast it's 10-15. So no sports like beach volley etc.

Its as beautiful and exactly looks like the photos. The pool omg that was my highlight. Spectacular. The rooms were really pretty and spacious. I loved the bathtub situation. Very very lovely

The entire facility is beautifully curated, well maintained and clean. Their food is equally very well prepared with a heavy engagement of the head chef moving around to check on clients which we found very good.

The staff need to be more passionate on their work and more specifically on their work stations during dinners and breakfast. This is a good area to improve on. Finally the from facing staff they may need to enhance with people more elequent and well trained as this is a front facing role and is the entry point of the facilities.

Das Hotel war super. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants zum Abendessen, welche alle sehr gut sind. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Afternoontea, welchen es jeden Tag gegeben hat. Wir würden es sofort weiterempfehlen. Strand super.

nichts, das einzige was man sagen könnte, ist, dass es keine Steckdosen beim Bett hat. Schwimmen am Strand aufgrund von Ebbe und Flut ist erschwert.

The service housekeeping and bar and pool staff were very polite and friendly.

The check in took very long. We had to wait 10-12 min before someone attended to us. During check out I asked for an extension. They first extended the check out time for one room till 12 and I asked them to check with manager of they could extend another hour complimentary. They check with manager and over the phone confirmed we can have one room till 1 pm. We vacated the other room at 10:00 am (the usual check out time). When we came to reception they made us pay 10,000 KES for keeping the room till 1:00. Though I insisted the lady on the phone told me 1:00 PM The manager was not polite and understanding that we had children with us and he could have given us a one hour grace.

The location is lovely, the beach front restaurant is amazing. The food is good and the view is exceptional.

The rooms we had were damp and had a moldy smell. We complained about it but there wasn’t much the hotel could do. The rooms are a bit run down.
