Great location, property is clean and cute.

Staff was unwelcoming, unenthusiastic and had little empathy for us when we spoke to them about their falsely listed amenities.

Location is perfect

If you get parking spot 28, you’ll understand.

I love the location and how close it was to the beach. I would probably wanna stay on the beach side next time only because the street side was very noisy.

The water took forever to get hot in the shower and in the kitchen. Also, the furniture is very nice, but it felt awkward to sit in the furniture so we sat on the bed to watch TV.

The location is great, and the staff was very helpful.

The Murphy bed was the worst bed we’ve ever slept in. I’m trying to get comfortable on a very soft mattress was extremely hard. No air conditioning although there was a fan in the room. Couldn’t turn the microwave on after 6 PM unless you turned all the lights out or it would blow the circuit.

Perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean. Room was clean and comfortable.

Reservation was made through and paid through Booking.com. Then we received a $177 charge from the hotel. Called the office and the person who answered could not explain the charge and needed to ask the sales office to investigate and call me back. I did not receive a receipt or email with this charge. Communication is difficult. The phone number listed on the confirmation is not the phone number of the property.

I stayed at Laguna Shores Studio Suites for two nights (Dec 12–14) and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly central—walking distance to everything in Laguna Beach, which made the stay so easy and enjoyable. The cleanliness was next level. The room was spotless and clearly very well cared for. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always helpful and warm. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay in Laguna Beach.

The bed was a bit too soft for me, but still comfortable.
