Our room had great access for people with mobility issues

To find out that Bookings/Expedia had retained several 100$ from what we paid and what the resort received. While the resort was not pleased they did not ask us to make up the shortfall. Good lesson to keep copies of transactions. This situation has not occurred in the many times we have used Bookings but was informed that since Bookings was bought out by Expedia things have changed.

It is a comfortable place that truly offers a resort like setting . I love that the property is pet friendly . Staff amazing.

Wish there was more sun on the individual decks but this cannot be controlled. The resort offers a great sun deck instead.
